This is probably the most controversial and fascinating subject when it comes to treating cancer naturally. As long as one is not familiar with how the body works on a cellular level, I utterly understand how one might be sceptical about natural healing when our minds are filled with pharmaceutical propaganda and the cancer terror is very well set into everybody’s mind. It is not easy to swim against the stream.
I always say, that anyone who wants to cure any disease naturally must read a lot first, then decide what is the best method for him or her. We are all different individuals, if someone believes in conventional “cure” then that is the best one for them.
Many of you asked already what do I eat, what do I do daily to keep cancer at bay. Well, here it is. But please note, I am no doctor, just an architect. I do research a lot, and learn everything I possibly can about this disease. I suggest you do the same. I only do what I feel is good for me, you must do the same.

My daily regime in fighting cancer naturally 2017.October 10th
Please read as much as you possibly can what remedy does what exactly in the body, I have no other illnesses besides celiac disease and these 2 variants of thyroid cancer with 2 mutant genes and I do not do RAI because I have TED thyroid eye disease because I am a Graves patient initially (hahahaa…that came out well) But honestly, everyone is different, so we all need a special approach that suits us.
I HAVE ALSO FOUND OUT THAT I HAVE MTHRF COMPOUND HOMO GENE MUTATION. THIS AFFECTS MY LIVER, I CAN NOT DETOX HEAVY METALS EASILY. SO IF YOU HAVE A HEAVY METAL BUILD UP IN YOUR SYSTEM AFTER REGULAR DETOX, CHECK THIS MUTATION PLEASE.
Knowing the above, there are still a few Universal things we know about the human body, so I stick to them.
On my journey to health in 2017 first I detoxed, using wheat grass juice (power mixed with water) and lemon/garlic/parsley/basil drink in the morning. Still use wheat grass shot first thing in the morning even though I am now NED *NO EVIDENCE OF DISEASE* Then Vitamin D approx 4 times the recommended dosage for healthy people, liquid formula to absorb well and fast. Organic green tea, soaked for 10 minutes at a time, 5-10 cups a day. I MOSTLY DRINK ROOM TEMPERATURE PURIFIED WATER THROUGHOUT THE DAY.
Breakfast: Budwig diet breakfast (JOANNA BUDWIG) but I add the following extra ingredients to alkalize more: 1 small spoon of baking soda, 1 small spoon of spirulina powder, 1 small spoon of chlorella powder, 1 spoon of fiber husk, 1 dl of cabbage juice, 1 big ginger chopped, half of a banana, some berries. If the mix is too thick, I add more juice. NOTE: according the Gerson diet which I follow to this day, baking soda, ginger and too alkaline ingredients are NOT recommended to terminally ill cancer patients, so stage IV should not have those before their digestive track is back in motion and the LIVER is restored!!!
I had no fruits or any kind of sugars for 5 months approximately, I dismissed even natural sweeteners in chewing gums, although I do have a sweet tooth, so I popped 1-2 dates into my mouth from time-to-time, but regretted it so…no refined sugar and nothing that becomes sugar in the body except what Dr. Gerson allowed in The Gerson diet.
BY NOW I HAVE LEARNED A LOT OF PALEO BREAD AND SWEETS TO PREPARE ON MY OWN AND FOUND LOT’S OF RAW RECIPES FOR CAKES OR BUNS, ETC, SO DATES ARE ACTUALLY WONDERFUL TO HAVE IN VARIOUS DISHES AS WELL AS SMOOTHIES.
NOTE: Dr. Gerson recommended oatmeal for breakfast, I do have glut.fee oatmeal these days for breakfast when I am bored with the Budwig breakfast.
No gluten (for me it was the easiest, I have not had any since my diagnoses in 2000) and no margarine. For fat – a substance NOT recommended for cancer patients according Dr. Gerson – use a bit organic olive oil on salads and flax seed oil, both cold pressed and organic.
MOST IMPORTANT essential oils: Frankincense, Myrrh, Clove (black) put 2+2+2 drops into a spoon and mix them with flax seed oil or olive oil, swallow after breakfast. I must say I was so afraid of cancer growing in my throat after surgery (they could not remove all of my tumor because it was sitting on my vocal cords and vocal box – hence the thyroglobulin levels after surgery…-) I had the Frankincense drops straight under my tongue approximately 5 times a day for at least 2 months.
After breakfast I have *still do* 2 capsules of Solgar’s Curcumin (I find it works best for me, but everybody has choices of course) 2000 mg of Vitamin C (actually I had 3 times 2000mg/day), selenium, Niacin (most important for detoxing the liver, it is Vitamin B3 actually), Vitamin B12 (I am vegan) and JUICE+ (find it on the internet) overdose, the recommended amount of JUICE+ is 1 or 2 capsules, I had 4×3 a day for a month, then 4×2 a month, then 3×3 a month, now I am down to 2×2 …
CORRECTION: FOR DETOXING THE LIVER USE MILK THISTLE OIL, 1 SPOONFUL IN THE MORNING, 3 WEEKS ONLY, THEN PAUSE FOR 1 WEEK, REPEAT IF NECESSARY. HOW TO DETOX THE LIVER DEPENDS ON THE CONDITION OF THE LIVER!!! ASK ME FOR MORE TIPS PLEASE.
For lunch I eat only raw and organic beetroot, broccoli, tomatoes, garlic, sprouts, cucumber, lot’s of greens, no soy, few beans, tomato puree, Nigela Satvia oil drops (10-20), drink cabbage juice, tomato juice, beetroot juice, cucumber juice. I make the vegetable juices myself in a slow juicer. Do not use any other juicer. Have the JUICE + again, Vitamin C overload and the essential oils but leaving Myrrh out. I rub the Myrrh onto my neck where my thyroid used to be, just tapping it on with some olive oil. When I was really hungry I had a few spoons of nut butter, nearly anything but peanut. Organic, no sugar added. Good source of protein and good fats. Again, nuts are not recommended for terminally ill cancer patients because they are really difficult to digest, they are full of fat and cancer tumors start growing when they get fat to feed on! BY NOW I HAVE ADDED APPLE CIDER VINEGAR TO MY SALADS TO ALKALIZE MORE DURING THE DAY.
I hardly ate any dinner, if yes, mostly sprouts with tomato puree, black pepper and lemon juice. In the evening I take Magnesium, Vitamin C, Juice+ and some spirulina/chlorella either powder mixed in water or just tablets. Very important source of proteins and minerals, also help with the blood and body’s acidity levels. Cancer loves the acid environment, we must alkalize as much as we can.
Water – only purified, I placed some holy basil into my bottle, I carry a glass bottle everywhere with my own water in it, never use plastic bottles.
I have changed every cosmetic item to organic ones, washing detergents, etc. All of it. The detox is a must, so it’s best to be a maximalist at least for 2 years. Or I should rephrase: for me, the only logical solution was to be absolutely far from any poison. Of course there is pollution, WiFi, people around us that are super toxic, but at least what I could have cleaned I did. I had/have hot baths in the evenings with lavender essential oil, epsom salt, lavender and epsom salt is fantastic for detoxing the skin and it helps with sleeping too. Sleeping is really important for the immune system, so try to sleep 8 hours or more every night. Take melatonin at least for a year.
I have a diffuser beside my bed (my dogs sleep like babies these days ) where I use the same 3 essential oils as drops, 2+2+1, 1 is Myhhr, because it is really heavy, I mean the scent.
In the morning I do meditate for 30 minutes (well, having at least 1 dog on my lap… but that is just me, don’t worry about it ) and I do see a kinesiologist to help me with my blocked energies, but that is only me again, I am a yogi, so I need these things. I do know that it is not that common, so this is just since you’ve asked what I do. I practice yoga every day, even 10 minutes if I do not have more time. I go for a good swim, and sit in the sauna or anywhere where I find extreme heat.
ADDITION: CHECK YOUR IODINE LEVELS. MOST PEOPLE ARE DEFICIENT. FOR IODINE LEVELS TO SETTLE ON A GOOD ENOUGH RANGE ONE MUST TAKE HIGHER DOSE OF SUPPLEMENTS FOR AT LEAST A YEAR.
I move a lot, walk 15/20 000 steps a day, try to sweat every day, move toxins out of my system. Breathe – really important thing, learn to breathe right. Breathe deep, slow down your nervous system at least 3 times a day (or more if you remember) just for 5 minutes, but slow down. By now I have learned to incorporate breathing meditation into my daily walks.
Most importantly I do not feel I am my illness. Never did. For me this phase of life is a phase, I am in control and I do decide how my body works, not the other way around.
Controlling how the environment around us behaves, now that is another story all together. So here – something like this I suppose I hope I could give something to start with, and please – I am no doctor, nor anything else. I just read a lot, try to know my “enemy” and fight it right back. Cancer needs glucose, I deprive my cells from it. Cancer wants to linger around in steady body? Oh no way, I move a lot and heat myself up so it does not like to stay in me. I meet the people I love to spend time with, enjoy LIFE, every second of it! I write letters to my friends who live far away, stopped social media all together, I limit my energy to things that give me joy and what I love. Paint, draw, take pictures, and talk a lot 🙂

PS. I AM 1 YEAR POST TT, LIVING WITHOUT A THYROID. USED SYNTHETIC LEVOTHYROXIN MEDS FOR MORE THAN A YEAR, WAS TIRED ALL THE TIME. CHANGED TO NATURE THYROID IN MAY 2018, HAD AWFUL PALPITATIONS. NOW I AM OFF MEDS (July 2018) TAKING ONLY IODINE 75 mg TWICE A DAY. THIS IS AN EXPERIMENT, BECAUSE I HAVE SOME THYROID TISSUE LEFT IN MY NECK, SO I MUST SEE IF THEY WORK ON NOT.
After the experiment I had to get back on my meds, the remnants of my thyroid do not produce enough thyroid hormones, but the experiment was perfect to prove that they DO produce hormones hence the thyroglobulin levels that will never drop to zero! Zero is the preferred level by the medical profession, they bomb you with RAI to achieve that, afterwards if the level rises, they bomb you again.
Mine Tgyl jumped to 18 in March 2018, they wanted me to have a huge doze of RAI, I refused again. Since I am a Graves patient there are more tests they should run, not just one. So I am researching all the time, fighting for my life and also for my right to live without poisoning myself further.
PS. September 2018 / Post PET and TT scans. All clear, I am still NED, 1,5 years post diagnoses. And life continues.

Hi. I was diagnosed with stage 3 medullary thyroid cancer last week. I dont want a tt but my surgeon said I will be gone within 1 year if i dont get tt and lymphnodes removed. I am on square 1 diet with chris wark since diagnosis. If I have to have tt than I will. Just wondering your point of view from a natural and God believer.

So sorry to hear about your diagnoses. It is really not for me to say how you should proceed as everyone is different and I am mot a physician by any means.
Telling you that you will be gone within a year is criminal. Nobody knows when our time is up.
Forcing you to remove an organ without giving you all the facts is also awful in my humble opinion but this is how medical science approaches cancer. Cut, burn, poison and keep patients in horrible fear.
Medullary carcinoma has no known cure in conventional medicine other than operating on tumors. There are some meds as well, but the side effects are horrible and not everyone tolerates them.
I always say we have enough time to educate ourself before making any irreversible decisions. The diet you are on is good, although there is no real evidence between medullary carcinoma and diet. I differ obviously, I believe there can’t be cancer in a healthy body.
If you are stage 3 (what does that mean actually?) it means your body has been developing the tumor they found in your neck for about 5 or more years. And you are here. Alive.
With cancer, there is no quick fix. TT is taking out your organ that contained the “bad” cells in your body, right? So where shall the rest go when the thyroid is out?
This is something you must map up for yourself so you can make an educated decision. I think. And in the meantime do a lot of detoxing, read about Gerson, Budwig, a metabolic approach to cancer, immunotherapy, and so on.
If you decide to have TT, be ready for that fully.
My life changed radically after my TT, nobody warned me about anything. We adopt for sure since we must, but if there is a choice to save your thyroid, it’s always best. Or does it have to be full TT?
