One habbit

What’s one habit that has improved your life the most?

I would say meditation. Meditation teaches me something positive and something different every day. It impoves my life on every level tremendously. I also love the fact that I can feel and see the results bit-by-bit. Mostly I simply realize: oh, this went smoothly, how wonderful! Compared to my early years when I was reactive and somewhat unstable it really improved my life greatly. Thankful for that.
