What food would you say is your specialty?
Raw, vegan, gluten, sugar and oil free
Since I love a hot soup during these chilly autumn and winter months, I have learned a lovely trick @ The LifeCo back in 2018 😉
Mix good quality miso paste with hot water, add dried dulse and seaweed into the hot liquid, add a drop of umami and liquid aminos too if you like. The soup will not be boiling hot soon, add your raw chopped veggies only then. Add a few drops of soy sauce if needed. I love adding lots of herbs and some shallots too. This way the veggies will not loose their nutrients because they will not get heated over 40 degrees C.
This soup is flavorful, delicious and if you add some avocados, it’s hearty as well. Mostly raw too bit a slight twist. If you need to make this soup a bit heavier, add some cooked konjac / Shirataki noodles and voilà, it’s done.
Enjoy!
